Refund Policy

60-day pilot with go / no-go review

Every new school deployment begins with a 60-day pilot. On Day 60 we sit down with the school leadership for a go / no-go review: agreement with teacher marking, time saved per paper, teacher and parent sentiment, and pricing fit for an annual contract.

If the pilot is a no-go, the school is not invoiced for a continuing annual contract. The pilot fee — if any was charged up front — is refundable in full where the no-go decision is recorded in writing within seven days of the Day-60 review.

Annual contracts

Schools that convert to an annual contract may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Refunds for the unused portion of the year are issued pro-rata, less any setup or integration costs already incurred.

How to request a refund

Email contact@evalassist.ai from the principal's school address with the subject line "Refund request — [school name]". We acknowledge within two working days and complete eligible refunds within ten working days of acknowledgement.
