For schools, coaching programmes & education partners
Students write their mock tests on paper, the way the real board exam works. EvalAssist reads the handwriting, marks every answer against the official marking scheme, and shows students, teachers, parents and principals what to do next.
Part 1 · The evaluation engine
Six steps, from a phone photo to marks and feedback for each question. Teachers stay in control at every step.
Phone photos or a scanned PDF of the question paper and answer sheet. One student at a time, or a whole class in bulk.
Every page is checked for blur, glare and skew before marking. If a page can't be read, the student is asked to re-shoot it.
OCR and vision AI turn the handwriting into text, including maths, and match each answer to its question.
Each answer is marked step by step against the board marking scheme, with partial credit. A second review pass checks answers that didn't get full marks.
Low-confidence results go to a teacher's review queue. Teachers can change any mark, and every change is logged.
Students see where they lost marks, why, and how to fix it. Then they get revision cards, practice papers and an AI tutor.

Part 2 · Running a course
This is how the SATHEE programmes in Punjab and Puducherry ran: a test-and-improve loop that repeats every week.
The school is registered, the student roster is imported from a CSV, and teachers join with an invite code. Classes, sections and subjects are set up once.
Same conditions as the real exam: pen, paper and a board-pattern question paper. Teachers can make the paper themselves with the built-in paper generator.
The teacher bulk-uploads the whole class, or students upload from their own phones. Every page gets a quality check.
Each sheet is marked against the scheme. Uncertain results are held for teacher review, then the teacher publishes results to students.
Programme heads see subject-wise, chapter-wise and section-wise gaps across the cohort. Students get their own plan.
The next paper focuses on weak chapters. Each attempt is tracked, so you can see whether the course is working.
Proof · Real programme data
Two programmes, two very different formats. Both are measured on the platform, attempt by attempt.
Classes 9–12 · Science, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology · May–Oct 2026
Average score by attempt
All subjects · n = papers at that attempt number
Class 12 · full-length and sectional NEET mocks · 4–15 Apr 2026
Average score by NEET section
From per-question marks · NEET negative marking applies
Data from the EvalAssist platform as of 5 Oct 2026, excluding test accounts and duplicate uploads. Each attempt is a different paper, and later attempts include only the students who kept practising. Student identities are not shown. Open the interactive report.
Built for schools
Built around India's DPDP Act: consent-based parent access, a right-to-erasure flow, and public reports that never show student names.
Every mark change and admin action goes into a tamper-evident audit log that schools can export.
CBSE, PSEB, ICSE and IB, Classes 2–12, plus NEET/JEE-style mocks. Schools can add their own rubrics and answer keys.
Grades export to Google Classroom, ManageBac and Toddle. Reports download as PDF, CSV or a ZIP bundle.
Start with one class and one mock test, and see the reports before you commit.
